Getting pulled at the Border at Savannaket for no 90 day reporting

Featured Replies

what do you reckon the chances of getting pulled up for no 90 day reporting at the Savannaket border

crossing by Thai immigration ?

One more question , Can I produce photocopied documents with only photocopied wife's

signatures in order to get a new multiple non O from Savannsket ?

Departure immigration does not care about 90 day reports. Most people pull their report receipts out before leaving because they are not of any use after you leave.

You will need the original and a copy of your marriage certificate.

You need signed and dated copies of your wife's house book and ID card. I don't think they will accept a copy of a signed document.

Why would you your 90 day receipt before you leave? It proof that you are valid or expired...

W/O could let yourself be liable for fine over 90 days at 500B per day...

As soon as leave the country the last report receipt becomes irrelevant.

A 90 day report does not expire. You can only be late for doing them and the fine is 2000 baht.

You are confusing overstay with late reporting.

I just got my non o based on marriage Tuesday at Savannakhet. Went smoothly and they did not want or see my original marriage certificate. Just copies and passport and money. Passport was ready at 2pm.

I would suggest to have your original as it is required if they want it.

I would also like to thank ubonjoe and other posters with their help with my questions and information of what is and isn't needed
