Ok here it is I have a European passport and have the following entries and stamps

as we are setting up a company with work permit and some problems kept coming up but here is where we are now

I have the following entries now

entered September 11 on an entry stamp left again at 22 September

entered again 24 September and left October 5th

entered again on 9 October with Non O (single entry) and left 23 November (as I went to apply for non B but was turned down missing a paper here so have to go get that paper first which is no issue at all and should take less than a week to get it.)

So here now I would be re entering on 25 November

would I have problems entering with a regular entry stamp as I would be going back to KL within a week anyways most likely to have the correct papers now for the non B

please advise

What paper is missing?

KL are now notorious for being very difficult and inconsistent, it may well be easier to go directly now to Penang or Khota Bharu.

they want the original copy from the approval letter of the ministry of labour

I have the receipt which is not enough obviously

the question is now would it be an issue on the 25th entering with regular stamp now as my non O has expired now leaving yesterday. (was valid till Jan 6th)

You can get a visa exempt entry since you were not on one when you left the country.

the way I see and hope will happen now is than entering back on the 25th with present return ticket I have already and within a week (or as soon as I get the required paper) return to wherever at that point (most likely KL as its just the cheapest option (or Laos??) anyway and apply again with all required documents this time around)

So really need to know if Immigration will make an issue me entering again after the entries I already have in the last 2 months or so?
