one year extension of stay for retirement at CM immigration

Lucky me I had an appointment at 2:00pm for extension of stay. I arrived at1:45 checked into fron desk and sat down and waited to be called at 2:00pm was called and followed the info girl to back office, it appears they have added a 3rd person to process appointments, I presented my infomation to the officer she checked every thing and had me sign a couple of documents, she stamped my passport and said time for photo. I followed her to the fron room and one of the civilian workers took my photo and said go set down and you will be called a total of 15 min. had passed. The waitfor return of passport was 45 min. at 3:00pm my name was called and passport and change was returned.

All in all not a bad experience very professional and no tea money was requested, I always have to get that in. The wait for return of passport was of course longer than the process time.It does appear the 2 officers in front are taking care of the morning walk in folks while the lady in back room ishandling the appointment people.
