Hi, I have a single entry non B (Business) due to expire in around two months time.

If I leave the country and return via plane will I get another 90 days? Sorry for the silly question (would really like an additional 90 days upon returning!).

Thanks

No, only a valid multiple non-Bwould give you a new 90 days. A single is only good for 1 entry (hence the name).

If you need to leave you will need a re-entry permit. The re-entry permit wil keep your current permisison to stay alive (but not add any extra days).

Dear all, I'm in a bit of a tricky situation as my single non B expires on 1st February but it would be tricky for me to leave until a few days after. Is it possible for me to get an extension of that in Thailand, or should I just overstay my VISA for a few days and pay the fine (it's literally only a few days).

Cheers

As a follow up, and perhaps a silly question, is it possible to get two single entry Non immigrant B Visa's? I am not sure if I can secure my WP in time to get the extension so if that is the case, I need to leave the country and come back again with another single entry Non B
