That is true, so long as she has taken precautions against any revenge for instigating a loss of face to the instructor. That is how the equation goes in LOS, it is never the miscreant's fault for losing face because of his/her own misdeeds, it is always the finger pointer that gets blamed.

Sounds about right. Not many countries would see individuals able to prosecute someone for just WANTING to spork a nubile but legally sporkable student. In one of the 'stans maybe?

When students agree on this then there will be always teachers who offering it. I made a bunch of experiences of super hot office clerks who are in fact ultra stupid and it was absolutley clearly why these girls got the job.

Prof was stupid. Think of it like politics: don't come right out and say "I'll give you A for A", but with right implications, winks, body language etc the understanding is reached. Need to have that "plausible deniablility" factor.

Glad my first life was long ago as that student, and several others, would have received an A +++ from me and no one the wiser plus they would have gotten an early start on adult life sans books !
