Sophon Broadband issues

Been a nightmare since Sunday, very slow speeds, loss of connection completely. No one answering the phone or constantly engaged

Anyone else ?

That is a typical constant problem with Sophon. They blame the weather, the other guy they get the signal from, they don't answer the phone when they have nothing to tell you and the phones are ringing off of the hook. When they are good they are very very good, when they are bad they are awful, TIT, nothing you can do about it. Often when no signal a restart of your system solves it.

Thanks for the reply, thats about what I got when i went to the office today, she said something about their equipment being old, other than that no explanation of why, I asked for an engineer and was told Saturday, today is Wednesday!!

Sophon used to be very very stable, any problems if you called early you would get tech service same day, something has gone very wrong with this company

I have always praised Sophon Broadband, but its time to move on I guess, not a fan of 3BB so might chance my luck with TOT

Since a few days nothing but problems.

Today it connects but the speed outside Thailand is really slow.

Strangely within Thailand a speed did give very good results...maybe too good to be true...

Mostly the DNS Server is not reachable and a restart will assign new ones (mostly) but nothing changes really.

I was always happy with Sophon but the last couple of weeks since I am back in the Country the connection quality is not as good as a few month before.

Glad to hear that I am not the only one experiencing difficulties, well maybe I shouldn't be.

Let's hope it will improve again soon.
