DavidMavec
Today I bought a cheap blender for 399 THB at Tesco Lotus. Somehow I had forgotten the adage "You get what you pay for" as it is a piece of junk and I it doesn't blend very well at all. I would like to take it back and exchange it for a more expensive model. Does anyone know if this is possible? Anyone have any related experience? Obviously, buying a cheap blender is my mistake and so if I have to eat the amount, oh well, but I thought I'd try my odds first.
BuddhistVirus
If you still have the receipt, yes possible to return and exchange for an expensive model...but within 1 week of purchase. I bought a cheap charger once and had it exchanged for a better and expensive one a year ago... Good luck...
pgrahmm
I exchanged a DVD player...bought a Samsung because I wanted to match one of my TV's - they suggested Sherman.....the Samsung didn't work well to I took back and got the Sherman...took some talking to explain - but all OK (initially they thought I wanted my money back) = exchange seems OK.... CharlieH
You get 7 days or might as well just bin it and learn from your mistake.
uptheos
If a blender has been used, how can it be re-sold as new. It functions as a 399 baht blender should, I guess.
daveAustin
Should be no problem. I bet they'd even refund you if it's within 7 days. Just tell them you don't like it. Have taken many things back to these big stores within 7 days and never an issue,... mrs even exchanged cheap pair of jeans.
