December 11, 201411 yr Heads up. Besides heavy rain this coming weekend the Koh Samui forecast for the middle of next week is for strong wind gusts up to 35-40 MPH. This is from Wind Guru so it's not "what is the weather doing now?"..... just a forecast. Looks as though the Monsoon hasn't quite finished yet!

December 12, 201411 yr The retirements of the Typhoon that hit the Philippines is still coming. Look at the weather map www.tmd.go.th it is now a Tropical Storm. Moving very slowly West.
December 13, 201411 yr Well, it's been a wet a blustery day, perhaps the start of a bad week coming! Perhaps should move to what the weather is doing now! ? The north wind blows! 3 to 4 foot waves on Maenam beach today ! Do not try swimming in this!

Up to two meter waves along Maenam beach this morning, so I was told by one of your fellow countrymen!
