Is there a ministry or police station that can certify that an individual is no longer a Thai citizen?

My fiance gave up her Thai citizenship but I need a document that shows this for legal purposes.

I am more than willing to pay the necessary fees for the document.

Thanks!

How did she renounce her Thai citizenship?

There is a procedure to do it which would result in paperwork proving it was done. The interior ministry does the paperwork for it.

I'm reckoning it was done via other channels. That's why I am asking if there is anyway to get a doc proving so.

Which other channels? She paid someone and got what in return ?

If she renounced it properly it would be published in the royal gazette and would have been effective from that day forward.

The royal gazette is available publicly online.

If she isn't published in there, she is still a Thai citizen.

Go back to the place, building where she originally went and see the person or persons that authorised the renouncement of her Thai citizenship. Surely she knows where she went to have this done.

The OP is making it up as he goes along as far as I'm concerned, based on his last response.
