Central Platinum by far,

5% discount Tops & Central Supermarkets every day, 5% on PTT Fuel and many more, I have used it in many counties with no problem, plus they give you a rebate

on MasterCard Foreign exchange charges.

Finally they have free lounges with WiFi & Drinks many department stores and have a good reward scheme with Central Gift Vouchers instead of the junk a lot of cards give you.

What kind of nonsense is this? Mastercard don't levy Forex charges.

It is Central(General Card Services LTD) that levies the charges.; a 2% 'Hedging Premium'.

In addition, the Cardholder agrees and accepts that the hedging premium at the rate not exceed 2.0% of the

spending amount shall be charged by the Company to protect for the risk incurred from such currency conversion.

What is the Credit Usage Charge(5%) and how does that differ from the separate Interest charge of 15%?

Mastercard and Visa levy a foreign transaction/currency conversion fee ranging from 0.15% to 1% depending on the contract with the card issuing bank/company. Now whether your card-issuing bank absorbs and/or adds onto that fee is purely up to the card-issuing bank. A card-issuing bank that absorbs the fee and does not add on a fee results in a no foriegn transaction fee card.
