Have doubts? Look at the role of social media and customer relationship. Remember those brands (Blackberry, Real Player, Nokia, Kodak etc.) who refused to evolve, adapt, engage and have a dialogue? Many of them are struggling to survive or simply aren’t with us today… correct!inspire-bangkok.jpg
