Villy Pedersen Posted December 20, 2014 Share Posted December 20, 2014 Reorganising good!but learn from history! 1 one forrest police that only answers to forrest ministiry 2. one rail police that only answers to railway 3. one sea police that only answer to ministeri of sea 4. one province police that only answers to the provinicial leaders 5. one town police that only answers to the local mayor Everyone will fight for their own domain. everyone will put out obsticle for the others every force will consider them selves as the best. Secret police will try to spy on all the others. its not my idea - it has been done. nazi germany i an exsample - so is sovjet - so is osmannian empire - i do believe the Chinese empire to have had same. just find your way - but keep the above in mind.
