I want to apply for a non b visa in Vientiane Laos. Is it the the right place to go? I have all the necessary documents from my school.

I had just done one non b in KL, Malaysia. It will be expiring in 18th Jan 2015.As I am in Udon Thani now, that's the nearest place to go.

Thanks Ubonjoe.......that mean my previous non b from KL has no effect to my new application from Vientiane once I had fully utilized its 90 days, right. Will be heading there next month. Thanks again ubon.........
