Air Asia Self Check In funny video

Featured Replies

Good to see Air Asia having a bit of fun and not all serious stuff..... now lets weigh your hand luggage whistling.gif

Was waiting to see a grumpy expat and some foul language. I know, best stick to the Thai Visa forums biggrin.png

Sometimes the marketing wallahs get it right. But one with a dirty mind might have got it righter. :)

OP, that's probably the last time I will use the self checkin. (One of the best things Air Asia have going for them by the way)

I'm dead shy me.

Moved to pub.

I seem to recall that when Branson lost a bet with the boss of Air Asia the world was treated to these images. No argument that the man has a sense of humor, but I'm hoping he restricts his efforts to these mildly amusing promos in future. This is the kind of stunt that would have seemed amusing for roughly 5 minutes and just plain awkward for all concerned from that point on. I love most of the FAs on AA - they do a tough job for relatively crap money - and they deserve better than this campy effort. Still, a bets a bet.

...and then by the time you get to the Departure Gate, you find the "flight has closed" you've missed it and because you were a cheapskate and bought a No Frills Fare, you DON'T get a Refund.
