Yes but you're not a minor. The reason these laws exist is because minors don't have the maturity or sophistication to make those kind of judgments.

I wasn't there so I can't say whether it was forced or not, but let's remember the age of consent is 16 in Britain. Why are US girls considered to be so unfit to make that decision till 18?
