From a German-Thai dictionary:

Supported by the headline in this article:

From an article in Thai: น้ำนมไหลก่อนคลอด ("milk flowing before giving birth")

The Q in the article also writes about "yellow fluid".

-------------------------------

Sounds like นมน้ำเหลือง (nom nam lueang) is plausible.

Thank you KhunBENQ, after posting this I went to a feed shop in my district town, and there was a very helpful and knowledgeable lady who ran the shop and had lived in England for a while, and spoke perfect English, she basically said the same thing as you. Colostrum (น้ำ นม เหลือง) name mom lʉ̌ʉang, or "yellow milk"
