New Job in BKK - Questions

Wondered if you can help me help a mate?

He's been offered a job in Bangers, he's a Doctor with an International company. He wants to know what are the tax rates paid by falang or thai (same I guess) on salary in Thailand.

Also about schooling and accommodation .. His office will be Wireless Road area so will be looking at accommodation nearby to as on call so needs to be near....likely a condo as houses not available or crazy expensive? Likely cost?

Are there some good international schools nearby? What's a 'ball park' figure for schooling. Think he has twins aged about 7.

Any info greatly appreciated gents. Although I live here I'm in Issan and don't know the answers he's looking for.

First stop calling it Bangers, you sound like a delboy and very foolish

Tax rate could be up to 35% if he is in the top tax bracket eg grossing over Thb 4 million/year

Some good international schools about, eg Nichda and a few others, he could be paying up to Thb 250k a term

Housing as cheap as you want right up to as expensive as he wants,

Bangers is a hotdog shop in Thonglor, maybe he's going to be working for a new branch they're opening in Wireless.
