Stage 3 Reassessment for Crane Op's

Hi

Do any Stage 3 Crane op's who live in SE Asia know if Enermech Still have a Crane Simulator down in Singapore?.

As I'm due for a reassessment soon and I don't really want to fly to Aberdeen for half a day any help would be grateful.

Talk to MOGIT in laem chabang sure they had a crane simulator to do this and are OPITO registered, if they don't do it sure they can advise who does in the region

But been down that road with no joy the companies I work for only accept Enermech or Sparrows Stage 3 they don't accept anything else I know its stupid as most of the courses these days are OPITO approved.

But I think the Subsea construction and Dive companies are picky if you know what I mean but thanks for the advice

i did mine at sparrows in singapore on the simulator in november , only there for 3 hrs & finished

Ok, acouple of questions.

I need to renew my Enermech stage 3 this July.

I did my Stage 3 with Enermech Singpore, but it appears there is nothing on theirwebsite about Singapore now. There also appears to be a Sparrows facility in Singapore now. I actually heard that Enermech was bought out by Sparrows.

Questions:

Is the Enermech facilility still in Keppel shipyards in Singapore?

Is it possible to re assess the Enermech stage 3 at the Sparrows training facility?

Where is the closest Enermech facility other than Singapore? (Ive heard there is one in Abu Dhabi)

Now I have tried googling this stuff but as you are all aware these company sites can be pretty vague, also they dont always respond. Nothing like a bit of firsthand knowledge from fellow offshore workers hey?
