Good experience with small (pickup truck) mover

I moved recently and at the time searched this forum for a recommendation without really finding what I needed at the time. I want to add my own recommendation to this old thread that's been archived now:

I went with a recommendation from the building manager of my new condo and was very pleased with the guy. What I liked was (1) friendly, gentlemanly attitude, and (2) very good English for a working-class Thai (better than many office workers I come across). The latter was my biggest concern since I don't speak Thai, and there's quite a bit of explaining to do the first time you get them on the phone. His name is Khun Udom and his cellphone number 080-457-0631. He specializes in small apartment moves that can be done in 1-2 rides with a pickup truck. I forgot the exact pricing structure, but 2 trips and extra payment for 2 helpers came to 2400 Baht IIRC. The whole thing took 3 hours. Hope it doesn't come across spammish, but I thought it could be useful for other people who are in the process of moving, and who have too much for a taxi but too little for a professional moving company.
