Clever way to go from Baering to Big C Sukhasawat ?

Featured Replies

I need to go from Baering BTS to Big C Sukhasawat (สุขสวัสดิ์) by BTS and bus.

I have googled it, but I am not happy with the results I get.

Maybe somebody here knows a clever way of doing it ?

(Please, don't be boring and answer "take a taxi".)

Here's one you could try:

Bearing to Mae Nam Railway Station: Take Bus 102 or 142, about 25 minutes

Mae Nam Railway Station to Big C Sukhasawat: Take Bus 138, 38 minutes.

Buses should run every 10 - 15 minutes.

You will need to walk a couple minutes from the station to Rama III road to get to the 138 bus, Google maps has the route.

Does it really has to be that BigC? There are >50 in BMA-area, since takeover of Carrefour-and they are all the same. Or yet another baffled kuru angkrit without much common sense?

Above makes no sense to me: never heard of Mae nam (this is just ''river'') train station, and bus 138 is EXPRESSway from Mochit2-1-into south Thonburi side, with 2 branches (red and black), neither of the 2 passes Suksawat.

Anyway-anyone slightly familair with BKk's buses will have noted that triptimes mean nothing here-probably yet another random idiot computer.

From Bearing you can take a Sorng Tao to the river, cross by the rive ferry, then another sorngtao to Big C. Once you cross the river no one speaks English so youll need a little Thai to sort it out.

Thank you all

Maybe I need to meet somebody that works close to that Big C,

Taking a ferry sounds fun.

My thai is usually better than thai peoples English.

Maybe I will be boring and just take a taxi.

Again, thank you

Why not go to the Big C at Samrong? You can take bus 511, 23, 142, 25, 2, and others I can't think of at the moment. If you need to go to Big C at Suksawat, take the 142, and get off at the first stop after going over Rama 9 bridge. Wait at this stop and get either the 138 or 20 to Big C.

bts to saphan taksin, boat to big c ratburana, walk to big c suksawat - a long walk.

bts to wong win yai station, bus that turns left onto suksawat to big c. enjoy the construction on suksawat for the next year though as they build a tunnel like they have on rachada.
