Can anybody help me?

I have AIS WIFI TP-LINK. Ineed to change password (wife has been giving family members password)

Now i am finding i cannot get online because to many people using my system.

AIS not very helpful, they say we can use upto 4 phones/tablets/computers. I have counted at least 9 being used by family so i cannot get online. Damned annoying.

I cannot get anyone from AIS who speaks English, wife not being helpful, she doesnt want to upset family !!huh!! i pay they use.

If anybody knows how , please help me . Thank you.

Stop paying the bill (obviously too many users on same line).....get another wifi carrier (dtac etc.) and don't tell anyone.
