You can sell the contract to buy on, along with the obligations of future payments that it imposes. Assuming you can find a buyer of course. In Pattaya they call it "flipping" but I suspect that at the moment there are more people who want to flip than there are buyers. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
