Hi gents this is my first post so all/any Real info appreciated!

My last Tourist Visa was made at Jomtien 30 days & The previous 2 in Cambodia! Now Stupidly I got my dates mixed up' and need to do this on Monday 19th Jan.

Can I do a Run to Cambodia?...

Not sure what you got in Jomtien but it certainly was not a visa. It was a 30 day extension of stay from either a tourist or visa exempt entry.

Did you get a tourist visa from the embassy in PP Cambodia or a visa exempt entry by just crossing the border and returning?

If all you have done is exempt entries I suggest you make at trip to get a tourist visa at one of the embassies or consulates in a neighboring country.
