Hi I just wanna know if it is possible to get a new non-o marriage visa every year without having to otherwise extend at local immigration office and putting the 400k in a Thai bank acc.

There is no rule at the moment that says you cannot get them for years and years.

There are people that have been getting them for many years consecutively.

The only problem is where you can get them. That can change at any time.

It is 400k baht in the bank is not the only option to get an extension of stay you can also use proof of 40k baht income.
