A quick question on the above as I am not sure what references I need to use on the TM.47

This is my 2nd year extension in Thailand and I was granted a new stay on 5/1/2015 until 6/12/2015.

My question is what arrival card number do I use on the TM.47? Do I use my original departure card number that I used on the TM47 for each report last year and which is still in my passport?

I don't have a new departure card in my passport after going back to AUST and returning 21/2/14. I used my reentry permit number then as advised.

I am a little confused as this is my first report for a subsequent 12 month extension.

My assumption is that I use my last (latest) return date of 21/12/14 and the reentry permit number for that return for my 1st report; am I correct?

I need to report at Jomtien tomorrow so would appreciate a quick response.

You would have received a new TM 6 card (departure card)upon your return from AUST. Immgraition kept the arrival portion and should have placed the departure portion in your passport. The number is in the upper right corner under the barcode. That is the arrival card number to put on the TM 47.

Ahhh thanks asiaexpat, a senior moment... Thanks. I just checked the passport again and it does indeed have my last Departure card. I misread the date as being the date of the end of last years extension and all is now clear. Oh me, oh my.....Time to get the home care I think.
