not just any tom dick and harry company , need a reliable and 'trustworthy' company.

do not want to be 'burned - again ... have bad experience already with my bike and 'condo'..still not finished.

( Thai Style of development - THEY NEVER FOLLOW SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION )

Location - Laem Chabang

Size - 28 sq mtr

Level 3 ( condo is 8 lvl )

my company arranged for an agent to meet me, tells me she can let me know the approximate value the next day,I told her 2 or 3 days later is ok. ( shouldn't have said this ) . now it is already 5 days. no phone call. - THAI STYLE ?

any recommendation for the agent ?

There are literally hundreds of companies, with thousands of agents. You spoke to one agent who disappointed you, and you are at a complete loss. Perhaps Thailand is not for you.

there are no good real estate agents.

forget about being called back.

be extremely careful and don't trust anyone.
