So basically,just a general question,it's a multi million company that doesn't have an office in Bangkok.Can i get work permit through that company and work in Thailand legally without them having an office in Thailand? Also what would be the cost of getting a work visa?

Is it a Thai limited company with thb 2.0 million capitalisation and has employed 4 Thai nationals, if the answer is no, then cant get a WP via this route then
