Problem with iTalk phone card and mobile phone

Hi,

I used the iTalk card with my mobile phone to call overseas. When only 25 satang or so remained on the card, I got a new iTalk card. But after I punched in the new card numbers and tried to make a call, the system would not accept the new card, and only reverted to the previous card and said that I could not make a call because my balance was only 25 satang. So evidently the system automatically saved/registered the details of the first card on the phone and blocks you from topping it up or canceling the first card.

If anyone else has had this problem and solved it, please let me know. I tried their customer service but it was useless.
