Savannaket form

Hello. Just a quick question. Is the visa application template for Savannaket Embassy in the immigration section still the current one? I notice it is dated for June 2013. Thanks

It is the same one that is being used at the consulate. No reports of it being rejected.

One I last used is linked below, did see some people going with another type of form that was rejected.

The German guy outside the consulate does hand out the form free I believe so if any issues on the day it easy corrected.

Yes, that's the new form another member posted recently. I'll update it on the pinned topic now.

P.S. I believe the new version is identical to the old one, but has a better contrast.
