Cigna Insurance-- high claims denial rate?

Does anyone have any experience with Cigna and in particular with regard to claims denials?

We can only speak from experience as we have customers with Cigna and not had any problems – or heard of any problems from genuine claims.

I think you may be confusing Cigna Internatiuonal with Cigna in the US.

Cigna US indeed has been cited for excessively high number of denials but AFAIK this has not been the case with its international arm.
