Just come back from Ban Phe. Across from my hotel I see they have a new building since I was last here (about one year). Outside the new restaurant I couldn't help but be amazed and befuddled as to what this construction was (see pic.). Perhaps I thought...... it is as the headline asks...or....is it an entrance into the "Twilight Zone" or a "Parallel Universe" ....or possibly a new "Border Crossing" for Martians. ....or a screening to separate happy people from sad people etc., etc., etc., What do you think? It juts out across the footpath taking up at least 75% of the pathway.
