Is there any where in Bangkok that can restore an old wrist watch. A new face and replacement second hand etc.

Good start is to check the manufacturer's website for authorized dealers and/or repair shops in Thailand. A dealer would likely know where to get it repaired if they can't do it themselves, or even ship it to the manufacturer for you. Good luck.
