Hallo, I am holding a NON-B visa with work permit, now i want to find a new work so i decided to go home country and take a tourist visa and comeback to find new work, but my passport already stamped a single entry permit(i know that without a re-entry permit i can go to home country and my visa will expire automatically, but unfortunately i am holding a single re-entry permit.)

Can i cancel my visa from airport in this situation? (DMK AIRPORT)

If cannot cancel from airport, can i apply for a tourist visa from my country while holding a NON-B visa with re-entry?

Can cancel my work permit myself without any documents from company?

Best to cancel it at immigration, you have to cancel your WP at the labour office first.

Take a letter from your employer to the labour office to cancel the work permit and go to immigration to cancel the permission to stay. You will have to leave the same day, or get an extra 7 days for 1,900 baht.

Depending on your nationality, you could get a tourist visa in a neighboring country.

My employer will not give any letter and employer holding my 3 month salary, so i should go to home country as taking a holiday to get my salary.

i know that my visa will cancel automatically if i left Thailand without a re-entry permit.

i already booked a flight ticket.

can i cancel my visa and re-entry permit from airport?

i like to cancel my work permit after comeback with a tourist visa, so can i cancel work permit without a letter from employer?

You need nothing from your employer to cancel your work permit. Just fill out the form I posted a link to.

You cannot cancel you extension at the airport.

You could get the tourist visa with a valid re-entry permit in your passport but immigration on entry may insist on you using the re-entry permit when you enter the country.

Afzal :

If immigration insist to use re-entry permit, after i enter to kingdom can i go to emigration office to cancel my non-b visa?

The same time can i extent my stay with using my tourist visa?

If they used your re-entry permit and you then canceled your extension you would have to leave the country and re-enter to use your tourist visa.

You can get a re-entry permit at both airports in Bangkok 24 hours a day.

You will do a TM8 form If you leave from Suv (bkkd) they charge a 200 baht service fee to the photo, form and copies for you.
