here is a fact, if an immigration official or DOL official gets in his head your are working, irrespective of what you are doing, you can be charged with working illegally, its then up to a judge to decide whether the charge is warranted or not, which while the case is being processed can cause someone significant grief

and the above is the only fact which is important in the Thai context

Thailand does not need people like you. You absolutely on breach of the labour laws and taking the work that any Thai could do. I suggest you employ a Thai national as your ball scratcher immediately. 555555
