Bangkok Happy Hours

Featured Replies

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Wondering if there are any bars in Bangkok that have decent happy hours-preferrably with spirits included. Not after any place adjoined to a 5 * hotel-just a place to enjoy a few beverages.

Thanks :)

Anything other than beers- vodka etc.

Well if you're female the Royal Oak has a free cocktail evening once a week.

I am-thanks Smokie

Worth checking out....I see plenty women in those evenings....think it might be Thursday but the days become a blur to me....lol

I actually did check their website Smokie. You are correct-Thursday nights it is. There was also a mention of a daily happy hour from 4-8. Will definitely check it out. Thanks :)

Happy Hour is all day till 8 except 4-8 on the weekends....i know this for sure cos i drink beer. tongue.png

bangkokjulia try the "sukhumvitscene" website, they have a thread for happy hours. As our mate smokie says it mainly applies to beer, but there are some stating wines and spirits.

Seeing as how you are a lady you would possibly be most comfortable in the Royal Oak, Black Swan or Huntsman, though the latter is not cheap even in happy hour.

Smokie tells us he spends most of his time running up five figure bins in the St Regis, so don't know how first hand his info is.biggrin.png

I find many of the pubs have happy hours from 4-8pm...but usually only beer and wine.

The hotels do specials on cocktails...but I can't think of one which offers say a vodka and orange at reduced rate.

And yes rott...you can't beat Zuma for drinkies....but they used to do a bottle of wine for 6-800 Baht on Wednesday evenings....nice vibe there.

Not sure if that deal is still running though.
