We have a VIP membership card for the Seatran ferry but have been trying in vain to get a card

with the magnetic lounge entry strip.

Anyone got any ideas? The offices in Nathon and Donsak don't seem to have a clue!

Just go to the office in Dongsak & they updated for you on the spot. It's a matter of updating computer details.

Just tell them at the desk that you need to open door.

However I did this at Donsak and they said that they would send a new one to Samui which they did, but it was a plain membership card without the door access.

Will keep trying !

It is the plain one. There are 2 types. The LOMA card , which I think truck drivers etc... have & it's large one. I have the standard membership card & once they updated the computer, it works.

Just aim & wave the front of the card to the scanner, sometimes takes 2-3 times till it responds.
