Cabbie in Sukhumvit area

Featured Replies

If you happen to grab a cab in the Sukhumvit area around the Soi 4 (Nana) to Soi 16 (Asoke), stay away from cab #Q904 (on metal plate attached to backdoors). This cabbie is a CROOK!!!! Promises to do as you asked and does different to keep the extra $. You pay for it up front and no meter (broken???). Twice the price it should have been. Then has the balls to say he is broke and needs the extra $$$ for his lunch. After taking my lunch money!!! Did ask all the correct Q?'s and still got stiffed by this guy. His action was NOT OK by his attitude and comment at the end of the ride about his "lunch". Pure arrogance and he needed to be B#$%! Slapped!!! Do NOT use this guy and tell all your friends. Needs to be out of business TODAY!!! Has been reported to proper authorities.

Who in their right mind would use a taxi that wanted payment up front? Bizarre.

There's only one question to ask a taxi driver and that is, will he take you were you want to go on the meter? If one doesn't there are thousands of others that will.

Department of labor now has an app that can be used to report taxi drivers
