Looking for 15U 4 post open rack

I'm looking for something similar to the photo below, a 4 post open server rack, 12U - 15U would be ideal - any taller would be too tall. I'm not looking for the 2 post open, or the 4 post with cabinet enclosure that seem to be available here.

This seems to be available outside the country, but shipping is cost prohibitive. Wondering if anyone knows where I can find one in this style in Thailand?
