It was mentioned earlier that coming soon PR holders would have to go to a Ministry of Interior office to effect their 5 year address and photo update rather than to designated police stations as in the past.

Can any PR holders confirm this is now happening.

And specifically for Chiang Mai, if it's true, can you please share the address of this office.
