New Regulation For Boats

Hello everybody

It seems the law has changed and foreigners can now drive their boat without having a thai captain.

Does anybody have the text of the law or can anybody give more details about that ??

Of what I understand, you can't drive a boat for commercial purposes.Leisure boat for personal use no problem.This information was given to me by the Marine Police on Samui.I do advise you thou to get a license.
