Shooting in fisherman's village tonight?

Can anyone confirm this "information"?

Apparently 4 gunshot were fired at a (thai) man there at the walking street market.

Apparently the shooting took place just next to KarmaSutra (next to the pier) and the victim (Thai man) died at the scene.
