Lite Beer Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 Semi-Naked Belgian found wandering the streets of Pattaya PATTAYA: Police were called to a Hotel on Pattaya Beach in the early hours of Friday to deal with a foreign man who was in a semi-naked state and appeared confused and disorientated. Officers arrived and spoke with the man who gave his name as Mr. Walter Miller from Belgium. He told Officers that he was staying in a Hotel in Soi 5 off Jomtien Beach Road.
