Bus or Train

Featured Replies

there is no train to sr.

u can only take trains in Thailand an than need transfer by tuk tuk to boarder and than a Bus or taxi to SR

The train to Aryan from Bangkok is a nice way to see the country side and it takes abut 5 hours.

For me i much prefer trains as at least you can move around

Better to take a taxi to be fair... but train to Aran is nice but incredibly slow. Then pick up a bus or a taxi on the other side. I think it's about 50 Baht for the train, and then $25 for a taxi or about $5-$15 for a bus (depending on which bus you take and how much they cheat you for it on the other side).
