How a Chinese superpower may be different

The PRChinese will tell you China is still a poor country.

Twenty somethings still live at home to save on such expenses as food, housing and the like.

What they don't know however is that it's a poor country in more ways than one.

It's good to be thrifty. All nationalities, want to have a good self image. Chinese take it to a different level. Stemming partly from their centuries-old mantra of being "The Middle Kingdom" and having much to be proud of from centuries ago (inventions, celestial observations, fabulous culture, and more). However, the 20th Century was particularly scathing for Chinese. More war deaths in China , than any other country - including Russia or Japan or any European country. Most of those deaths were Chinese on Chinese inflicted, either direct (in their own civil wars) or indirect (Chairman Mao's ignorant policies leading to famines).

Many folks who took part in the Cultural Revolution (which had many similarities to what's going on now in N.Korea) are still alive. China came barreling in to the world marketplace in the past 25 years but its citizens are still licking wounds from the 20th century. There is still a healing process going on, whether they admit it or not. Oddly, it's the internet (mainly with its social media sites) which are helping with that healing process, as it affords entertainment, social interaction, and views on the rest of the world - which show how similar people (particularly youngsters) are worldwide.

When N.Korea opens up to the rest of the world, and the yoke of family worship is tossed off - the N.Koreans will also take generations to de-brief and come around to being decent, content, naturally-acting folks. State mandated psychology hits hard and can take a long time to dissipate.

No man or group of men throughout history have ever managed to quell the human spirit.

It's odd that TV World News has not said anything (unless I am mistaken) about BRIC.

The downfall of the New World Order and the Jewish Bankers, the Queen and the IMF. People are getting fed up, to include Greece and others.

Vladimir Putin is a man to be dealt with,

Check out BRIC and the new currency soon to be coming to your local 7-11.

Brazil, Russia, India, China.

Bye Bye Fiat currency and NWO, and imposter POTUS, and Jewish banker control of slave nations.

Hello BRIC and the regeneration of freedom.

Just to bring people up to date, this week the Brics countries confirmed each country's share of the moribund Brics Development Bank initial capitalization, which is now $100 billion instead of the paltry $50 billion everyone around the world was either laffing at or ignoring to begin with. The bank doesn't come online until 2020, so no one should hold his breath

The SWIFT electronic banking system in Belgium processes $100 billion in an hour, $6 Trillion a day and both the IMF and the World Bank are capitalized in the trillions of dollars. The alleged Brics bank is a big nothing and there is no common Brics currency nor will there be a common Brics currency.

The Brics, which are Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, are in either deflation or inflation, to include recession, sanctions, devaluation, severe imbalances and much more that is distracting them from saving the world from democracy, capitalism, freedom, liberty, creativity and innovation, not to mention a fabulous measure of wealth.

Yeah we have our challenges but most of the most important basic and fundamental ones are behind us.

.....and hello the neo-fascist conspiracy theory bonkers crowd reviving the old Jewish plot nonsense. Oh and plus the Queen and the IMF. Presumably the reference to the Queen is because Prince Philip is a Freemason. Old crap in old bottles. As for China, just look at their claimed boundaries in the S.China Sea. Cheeky buggers.

China defers from other superpowers because it refuses to be another non entity

It has chosen trade over wars ...it has chosen non political interference as its trading and foreign affairs policy

Unlike the west , it has to take care of 1.3 billion like a communist state while staying capitalist in its trading needs

In its recent history of world politics, it has learnt quickly the effects of media and scrutiny

It has started to slow its environmental damage and also prosecuted its corrupt officials

I believe they have a good path and opportunity to be a superpower that some countries would envy

China seeks to project naval power into both the Pacific and the Indian Oceans so that Japan, the Philippines, the US, and other emerging regional powers will have no choice but to accept problematic Chinese policies, like de-facto annexation of disputed islands and oil and natural gas fields in the South China and East China seas.

That's not the only strategic goal of China ....naval power is important but the land forces will remain China's main thrust and defense of the motherland and how to transport them quickly and efficiently is still the way to protect its interests best
