Would love to talk to villa owners on Phangan to avoid "traps"

Hi,

We are thinking about buying a small villa in a development in Phangan. I have studied most of the issues (legal risks etc.) but nothing even comes close to talking to people who have actual real life experience.

Is there any chance anyone here is a villa owner (especially if it's on Phangan). would love to have a chat and get an "insider's view" on the topic.
