The "morons" are the morons who post weed internationally when:

a: Russia produces good weed domestically...

b: they could grow it ( indoors ) themselves in Russia without worrying about international transportation.

c: the penalties are so disproportionate in Thailand to make it a no-brainer to avoid drugs here.

d: detection equipment is so sophisticated at Post offices/international freight movement centres that it going to be detected.

if they don't know all this and get involved in crime like this, they are morons.

I dont think so, drugs through the post is a huge business in the US and many other countries and only getting bigger, the reason being it is actually very difficult to detect them
