Will the full story of this ever come out ?

A Buddhist abbot's murder is allegedly arranged by the executive chairman of a private hospital and a police officer. In addition two very senior police officers are transferred because of their relationship with the businessman and who knows what else ?

Another amazing story in amazing Thailand.

Abbots & police involve? Must be big money involved in it somewhere.

BANGKOK: -- All immigration checkpoints across the country were ordered to watch out for two wanted suspects in connection with the murder of a temple abbot in Udon Thani province on May 1 after the police feared they might flee the country.

Thankfully it's not happening for another 5 weeks.......well done DoI for the forward planning.....and great editing to boot.

They'll still be able to flee..... biggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.png

Or change their minds & not murder him at all. That would be best. April fools day next week so anything is possible. It's been said before many times, but....... You couldn't make this stuff up!!!!

The only Thais less competent in their job than Journo's, seem to be the editors! The police seem to be improving under the new admin but still seem to be suckers for any photo-op or any opportunity to divulge all their plans to some dumb Journo! Talk about dumb & dumber!

God I love this place !!! :-) Everyday feels like April 1st. In the real world police are

tasked with stopping crime. Here they commit crime....I have said time and time again

if they want to reduce crime in Thailand, simply fire all the police......

"His confession led the police to hunt for a police sergeant who drove for the gunman.

Panja said he was paid 50,000 baht by the police sergeant Charnchai Soisangwarn to shoot the abbot.

Goodness me what did the abbot do?
