They are a IT Company and they own Shop4thai.com

What I would like to know is if they are trustworthy as they are asking for alot of information for an AG Pass on Shop4thai.com

And how is their customer support, do they speak english and is it any good?

These guys have been selling online since 2001 - they were one of the pioneers in TH. if you're concerned about paying by credit card, just choose the bank transfer option - then they also don't need so much ID verification either (that's them protecting themselves from credit card fraud).
