Notifying change of address......need new rental contract ?

Hi,, I have to go to immigration tomorrow to notify my new address. The owner of the new room has already filled out a tm28 and I got that. My question is: What all do I have to bring to immigration ? only the tm28 with passport, or have to bring new rental contract which shows the date I moved in, so then they will know if I did the notification in less than 24 hours ?? ...and is there any fee to pay for being late on the 24 hours ?? They don't enforce the 24 hour rule.

The owner should complete a TM30. http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm30.pdf

You complete the TM28.

They may want a copy of the rental contract.
