But it seems that this sub-forum does not permit replies to be made.

Given that the OP actually seems to want comments, maybe the thread would be better off in the main real estate forum?

Replies are available in that topic. There are several after the topic was moved and I tested it myself just now.

I just ran another test using one of my non privileged test accounts and again was able to reply so not sure why others can not. However, I moved it now to the root Real Estate forum and see if that corrects the reply issue.
